You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service, make purchases, or opt in to receive SMS messages from Honest Valley Water. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18, you may not use the Service or provide your personal information, including your mobile phone number, without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Honest Valley Water does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

Honest Valley Water grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Honest Valley Water offers SMS text messaging to communicate with customers regarding their accounts, orders, appointments, and services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us.

Types of Messages: You may receive transactional messages including, but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Order confirmations and status updates
• Installation and service notifications
• Account-related alerts and updates
• Maintenance reminders

Message frequency will vary based on your service activity. Most customers receive between 1 and 4 messages per month.

SMS messaging is provided at no additional charge from Honest Valley Water. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. SMS services are available through most major U.S. mobile carriers, though availability may vary and is subject to change.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from Honest Valley Water.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further promotional or transactional SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to receive communications from us via email, phone, or other channels.

Honest Valley Water does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your carrier and your wireless plan, not by Honest Valley Water.

You are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS communications from us. If you have questions about your carrier's rates, please contact your wireless provider directly.

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Honest Valley Water is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by carrier issues, network outages, or other factors outside our control.

If you purchase products or services through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All charges are processed in accordance with our pricing at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

All content, features, and functionality on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the property of Honest Valley Water or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Honest Valley Water makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest Valley Water disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Honest Valley Water, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Honest Valley Water's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
